Our Experience

Creating Connections Ltd was established by Julie Swales and John Williams in 2003.  The company works with successful organisations who are committed to excellence. Creating Connections enable these organisations to achieve their business goals through development of their people.

John Williams

John was, until April 2004, the Mars Inc. UK Market Training Manager with a team of 12 trainers.

In addition to responsibility for the in-house training programme, John was responsible for the Mars Inc. training strategy, management training and leadership development. John also MC’d the major internal and trade conferences and provided presentation skills coaching to Senior Management.

 John is an NLP Practitioner, Accredited in FIRO-B®, MBTI®, and Lominger. John is also a trained meetings facilitator and an accredited 7 Habits of Highly Effective People facilitator.

Julie Swales

Julie developed and then trained the original Mars National Account Manager
in-house training programme from 1996 to 1999. Since then she has successfully designed and run bespoke training programmes for a wide range of complex industry sectors. 

Julie is an NLP Master Practitioner, Registered Hypnotherapist and Practitioner in Time Line Therapy®.  Julie is also a trained meetings facilitator and an accredited 7 Habits of Highly Effective People facilitator.
