John Williams and Julie Swales established
Creating Connections Ltd in Marlow, Bucks in 2003. Graham
Swales joined more recently in 2008 to provide further expertise in
sales engineering and account management.
We work with
successful organisations who are committed to excellence, enabling
these organisations to achieve their business goals through
development of their people. We focus on developing irresistible
influencing skills and run bespoke workshops in selling skills,
negotiating, presentation skills, team performance, coaching and
leadership. We also offer individual coaching and mentoring
sessions.
With a total of 45 years experience in management,
sales and training with Mars Inc, John and Julie are NLP
Practitioners and Master Practitioners, respectively, Seven Habits
accredited facilitators, trained meetings facilitators, experienced
coaches and John is FIRO-B® and Myers Briggs® accredited. Graham has
over 20 years of sales and marketing experience including corporate
roles with major organisations such as Walt Disney and Scottish
Courage. For the last 8
years Graham has consulted worldwide simplifying complex business
and brand opportunities and translating them into easy to apply
methodologies for the sales organisation.
